The Company ended 3Q10 with $654.0 million in cash and cash equivalents versus $847.0 million at the end of 3Q09. Total debt increased to $3,388.0 million in 3Q10 from $3,263.0 million in 3Q09. Accounts receivable, net were $1,690.0 million in 3Q10 versus $1,780.0 million in 3Q09.
Net cash provided by operations were $2,243.0 million for the first nine months of 2010, down by $132.0 million over prior year period.
Free cash flow before dividends decreased to $1,925.0 million for the first nine months of 2010 from $2,028.0 million for the year ago period. Capital expenditures were $318.0 million in 3Q10, down from $347.0 million in the year ago period.
