The brokerage firms are concerned about its rising equity needs following its recently completed rate cases in the Carolinas.  The firms are not convinced about the Company’s ability to retain its customers in Ohio without major gross margin erosion.  They see continued uncertainty at the Commercial Power segment, which faces customer switching in Ohio in the near term and lower ESP rates after FY11.
