Discussion

Our revenue estimates are slightly above the current consensus view. Given the current state of the economy, with consumer spending expected to be curtailed for the foreseeable future, we do not expect much in the way of revenue growth. The company’s operating environment remains challenging, and its larger peers have lucrative tie-ins to popular brands and motion pictures, making it difficult for JAKK to increase market share during this economic downturn.
