Capital Structure Solvency and Cash Flow
Since the beginning of FY09, the Company has taken several steps to address their financing needs for FY09 and FY10, and the two large maturities that were coming in November of both years ($450.0 million in FY09 and $1.0 billion in FY10). NI improved its liquidity position during the quarter as it raised $600.0 million in senior unsecured debt, added a $385.0 million term loan (due 2011), and repurchased approximately $250.0 million of its 7.875% November 2010 notes.
