While these firms appreciate the earnings potential of the Company as volumes recover, they believe that the shares are fairly valued at current levels. These firms prefer to remain on the sidelines based on the valuation and regulatory risks. They would become more constructive on the stock if coal demand and the economy picks up significantly.
