| PURPOSE |
|
The objective of the Stock research Wiki ("Wiki") is to enable individual and professional investors to apply their collaborative intelligence to develop accurate non-consensus fundamental forecasts.
As followers of Warren Buffett know, this may be the only sure-fire way to pick stocks that will outperform.
The Wiki provides publicly available research to all users from professional brokerage analysts. Investors who enter information on their brokerage accounts in the profile section can also view proprietary research from their brokerage firm and discuss the quality and content of such research with other investors who have the same access.
Development of non-consensus fundamental forecasts requires full access to all relevant brokerage research on a company, which is not available to most investors.
Hence until the development of the Wiki, only professional investors at the largest investment firms had a chance to develop non-consensus fundamental forecasts.
Some of the key features of the Wiki include:
1. Zacks consensus forecasts of revenue at the segment level
2. Zacks consensus forecasts of the major total company income statement line items
3. Sections where investors can discuss the accuracy or inaccuracy of such forecasts
We're currently reviewing the site with a small group of invited beta testers. If you see something you would like to suggest or point out, please visit our to see if we're already working on it,then send an email to info@stockresearchwiki.com

| REGISTRATION |
|
The Wiki has been designed to synthesize facts and opinions related to the investment attractiveness of a company from three types of users: Professional Investors, Company Experts, and Individual Investors. During registration, we ask users to identify the category that most closely matches their role. This allows us to offer users the appropriate level of access to brokerage analysis, and also helps other users to understand the perspective that informs their discussions.
Visitors to the Stock Research Wiki can contribute without registering. The wiki will log the IP address of anonymous posters, and their content will be reviewed by administrators and the other users of the Wiki.
We highly encourage registration for all users. By registering, you can more easily track the specific tickers and topics that interest you, and you'll be able to view and discuss any proprietary research provided by brokerage firms with whom you do business. Registration is quick, easy and free.

| ABUSE |
|
There is potential for abuse of information in the Wiki by stock scam artists, "pump and dumpers," and short hedge funds and their agents, who may exert an undue impact on stock price.
Hence, Wiki administrators are very sensitive to SEC regulations, and police their sections to ensure compliance with the appropriate laws. Click here for an explanation of insider trading regulations.
Because of the risk of abuse of the Wiki, we closely monitor posts to the Wiki by unregistered users. Users who complete the registration process are able to review pages and edit out any abusive content as it's added.
Postings by users who provide bogus email address and/or attempt to misidentify themselves as Professional Investors, Experts, Individuals, Company IR Depts, and Paid IR Consultants may be deleted by the Wiki administrators.

| BROUGHT TO YOU BY ZACKS |
|
Zacks Investment Research is one of the most highly regarded firms in the investment industry. In addition to our many institutional clients, Zacks provides research and tools to individual investors through its website at Zacks.com
In 1978 our founder, Len Zacks, made a breakthrough. A PhD in mathematics from MIT, Len developed a quantitative model to harness the power of earnings estimate revisions to create the Zacks Rank.
For nearly 30 years, we have been in the business of aggregating the opinions and analysis of brokerage analysts, and performing cold mathematical calculations on that collective intelligence to yield a highly effective predictor of a stock's performance. Stocks given Zacks' Strong Buy rating have an avarage annual return of 26%.
Now Zacks is further democratizing the stock-picking model. Anyone can join the Stock Research Wiki for free, add his or her voice to the pool of data, and in turn use the resultant analysis as a research tool to make money in his or her real portfolio.
